How can I return or exchange a The Seven product?

At Basicasuals, we strive to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, follow these simple steps:

1. Check Eligibility

  • Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Sale items are non-refundable unless they are defective.

2. Contact Customer Support

  • Email us at Info@basicasuals.be or use the contact form on our website to request a return or exchange.
  • Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

3. Receive Instructions

  • Once your request is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to return the item, including the return shipping address.

4. Ship the Item Back

  • Pack the item securely to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is safely delivered.

5. Wait for Processing

  • Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected.
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item as soon as the return is approved.
  • For refunds, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
